ResumeLiftAI is an AI-powered platform that helps you upload your resume, paste any job description, and receive an ATS-optimized resume in under 2 minutes. This service is provided by AMB GLOBAL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus. We reserve the right to update or modify features, content, and the structure of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Plans and Pricing

All plans start with a €0.01 trial for 24 hours.

• Starter – Monthly subscription (renews every 28 days) – €19.99 per month
• Pro – Monthly subscription (renews every 28 days) – €29.99 per month
• Elite – Monthly subscription (renews every 28 days) – €49.99 per month

4. Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
• Payments are charged to the payment method you provide at sign-up.
• Pricing may be shown or charged in currencies other than EUR (€), and may vary depending on your region, exchange rates, local taxes, or third-party payment processor fees.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation & EU Consumer Rights

5.1 Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.

5.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a resident of the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of digital services within 14 days, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Exceptions apply:

• If you begin using the service before the 14-day period ends, you forfeit your right to withdraw.
• For subscriptions, use is considered to begin when you log in and start using any tools.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at help@resumeliftai.com with your cancellation request, including your name, email, and order reference. Refunds will be processed within 14 days if eligible.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Sharing your account details is discouraged and may result in termination of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and documentation made available through ResumeLiftAI are the property of AMB GLOBAL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, reverse-engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitations of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMB GLOBAL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service will not exceed one monthly subscription fee based on your current plan.

9. Termination

AMB GLOBAL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

EU Customers:

This choice of law does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. You may bring claims in your local EU courts as permitted by law.
